Welcome

Our nonprofit coalition, which was founded in 2007, includes community agencies, utility companies, and other organizations.  We operate a statewide fuel fund which has disbursed over $2.05 million to help low income elderly or disabled households pay their utility bills.  Funding comes from utilities, their stockholders, customers, and concerned citizens.

We serve our clients through a network of 18 community partner agencies, with 97 local intake sites where trained intake workers meet clients and accept applications.
